The SPA & Fitness Center with swimming pool, located on the second floor of the METROPOL Grand Hotel Gelendzhik, meets all quality standards and offers the best conditions for sports activities.

Fitness

Cardio machines, treadmills, step–trainers, rowing machines, training systems, dumbbells or weights are available. In addition the gym has the latest equipment for popular functional training programs like Sandbags, TRX, ViPR, fitballs, cor–platforms. An individual session with a trainer is available by appointment.

Regular sports activities strengthen the cardiovascular system, increase the tonus, makes the body flexible and the muscles elastic. The hotel has three swimming pools, including an indoor pool and two outdoor pools.
