To start taking the procedures you will need
- Passport
- Sanatorium – resort card in form No. 072/u (must be issued no earlier than 2 months before the start of treatment)

The list of necessary medical studies (examinations) and specialist consultations for issuing a sanatorium-resort card is determined by the attending physician, depending on the main and existing concomitant diseases
- A certificate of epidemiological environment, issued at the clinic at the place of residence, indicates that the patient has not been in contact with infectious patients for 14 days. The certificate is valid for 3 days, excluding travel*
