A new restaurant has opened at AZIMUT City Hotel Olympic — «Extra Pieces» under the management of restaurateur Maxim Goryachev. This is the second immersive restaurant with interactive service, where guests become part of an artificially created reality, unfolding in seven thematic areas from the theater and train compartment to prison and mental hospital.
The main feature of the project — actor-waiters in the images of doctors, police officers, housewives and their spontaneous almost theatrical scenes, both around and with the participation of restaurant guests. In addition to the vivid emotions in «Extra Pieces» Comfortable, but absolutely not boring food was prescribed, suitable for any occasion and time of day from chef Dmitry Kuklev: fish from different waters of Russia, and in addition — slightly nostalgic tastes that take you back to childhood.
