The largest Russian hotel chain AZIMUT Hotels continues to expand its geographic presence. Currently, in the historical part of Tula, a new hotel of the chain is under active construction.
LIBRA Hotel Tula 5* is one of the first projects of AZIMUT Hotels in the line of the premium brand LIBRA. The facility is being built in the historical part of the city, just a 5-minute walk from the main attractions - the Tula Kremlin, Kazan Embankment, creative clusters and the museum district.
According to the project, the elegant four-story building will be designed in a classical style, decorated with bay windows, cornices and architectural lighting. Thanks to its standard forms and low number of storeys, the new hotel will fit organically into the architectural landscape of the city with its cultural heritage sites and historical buildings.
Project investor is Tourist Tula LLC. The project budget will be about 3 billion rubles. The foundation slab has already been installed at the construction site. At the moment, vertical monolithic structures of the basement floor are being erected. The work is proceeding according to schedule. The construction is planed to be completed in 2027.
LIBRA Hotel Tula 5* will include 173 rooms of various categories: family deluxe, junior suite, suite. It will also house: a spa center with a swimming pool, a gym, conference rooms for special events, a restaurant and a bar with a large summer terrace. The hotel will be able to offer guests the highest level of service regardless of the purpose of the trip, be it a business trip or a family weekend.
In the Tula region there are already two successfully operating facilities of the chain - AZIMUT City Hotel Tula 4* in the city center and AZIMUT Park Hotel Tula 4* in Yasnaya Polyana. The premium hotel will complement the company's portfolio, offering guests a fundamentally new level of service and exclusive accommodation concepts.
