All three AZIMUT Rosa Khutor hotels are located in Rosa Dolina - the lower level of Rosa Khutor. Nearby are the lower levels of the ski lifts of the Rosa Khutor and Gazprom resorts, as well as the entire resort infrastructure (restaurants, shops, rentals).
In winter people come here to ski or snowboard, in summer to breathe in the fresh mountain air, take a break from the heat of the coast, take a ride on the picturesque cable car, and wander along forest paths.

AZIMUT Park Hotel Freestyle Rosa Khutor
AZIMUT Park Hotel Freestyle Rosa Khutor has modern spacious rooms with balconies and picturesque views of the river, mountains or forest are suitable for a holiday for two, with children or a large group.
This building is located a little further from the Gazprom ski lifts, but it’s still a few minutes’ walk, but it’s a short walk to the Olympia ski lift. and "Arrow" 10 minutes walk. You can get there by shuttle, which runs every 15-20 minutes.
Rosa Khutor railway station is 15 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by regular bus or free shuttle.
On the ground floor there is a drying room for equipment, as well as a Finnish sauna and massage room to warm up and relax after an active day. On the second floor of the hotel — library and children's room.
Nearby are cafes, restaurants, a Perekrestok supermarket. and other useful infrastructure.
In the heart of Rosa Dolina there are two more hotels: Apartments Valset Sport by AZIMUT and Apartments Valset Center, Premium by AZIMUT.
These hotels have all the advantages of a central location: five minutes walk to the Strela ski lifts and "Olympia". They are closer to Rose Square, but a little further from the playground. The windows overlook the resort street, with mountains visible in the background.
The Rosa Khutor ski lifts are as close as possible, there is a ring of all buses nearby: you can quickly get to other ski centers - Gazprom and Krasnaya Polyana.
Apartments Valset Center, Premium by AZIMUT
Comfortable apartments with spacious rooms in the quiet center of Rosa Dolina, with picturesque views of the forest, lake and from the top floors – to the mountains.
The hotel is located in the center, everything is nearby: 5 minutes to Olympia. and "Arrows", cafes, restaurants, shops, playground and bus stops.
Unlike the hotels Apartments Valset Sport by AZIMUT and Apartments Valset Center, Premium by AZIMUT is a little further away from Rose Square with the Town Hall, so the advantages of the center are preserved, but the atmosphere is calmer. It takes a little longer to walk to the parking lot, but literally at the apartment building the Health Path begins. A minute's walk from Rosa Beach is a small beach around the lake.

From the Sochi Airport stop – Arrival" by buses 135, 105, 105с (makes fewer stops and gets to the place 30 minutes faster) to the Rosa Khutor stop on Mzymta Square.
From railway stations
From Sochi railway station or Adler railway station by high-speed train Lastochka to Rosa Khutor station. The train runs from Adler more often.
