In 2024, the largest Russian hotel chain AZIMUT Hotels continued to expand its geographic presence.

The opening of AZIMUT Hotel Yoshkar-Ola 4* took place. This is the first hotel of the chain in the Republic of Mari El with a room stock of 45 rooms.

Under the brand AZIMUT City Hotel Kaluga 5*, the only five-star hotel in the Kaluga region began operating.

AZIMUT Hotel Tashkent 4* opened - the first project of AZIMUT Hotels in Uzbekistan.

The opening of AZIMUT City Hotel Tyumen 4* took place. This is the first hotel of the chain in Tyumen with a room stock of 125 rooms.

The first accommodation facility of the AZIMUT chain, the Bauman Kazan Hotel, has begun operating in the capital of Tatarstan. The five-story hotel building has 155 rooms of various categories.

AZIMUT Hotels announced the launch of a new premium hotel brand – LIBRA. The first hotels under the LIBRA brand will open in 2027 in Nizhny Novgorod and Tula.

AZIMUT Hotels became the winner of the INDEX BBT 2024 award in the category "Hotel chains" and received the HR brand of the year award in the nomination "WORLD".

AZIMUT Hotels facilities received three awards at the "Route built" award. AZIMUT City Hotel Tula 4* and AZIMUT Park Hotel Pereslavl 4* took first and second places in the nomination "Hotel of the year 4-5*, business hotels". In the nomination "Sanatorium and health tourism" the winner of the award was the sanatorium "Chernomorye".

AZIMUT City Hotel Comcity Moscow, located in Comcity Office Park in the south-west of Moscow, opened its doors to the guests on February 1. The room stock consists of 150 rooms. There is a restaurant, a lobby bar and a conference area for 300 people on the territory of the hotel.

AZIMUT City Hotel Tyumen is a high-tech business hotel in the center of the city with modern design and room stock of 125 rooms. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2024.

Moreover, a contract was signed for the management of AZIMUT City Hotel Center Sochi (Hotel Moscow) with about 300 comfortable rooms of premium level.

Besides the location in the city center, the distinguishing feature of the complex will be its developed infrastructure - a restaurant complex managed by famous restaurant groups, a large conference center, SPA and fitness center, as well as a separate residence block. It is scheduled to open in 2024.

On the territory of the sanatorium "Buran" (Sergiev Posad), a new accommodation option appeared — comfortable bungalows in a wooded area. This is a unique opportunity to combine medical tourism with outdoor recreation just 80 km from the capital. Bungalows are available in the categories "Standard", "Comfort" and "Family" (up to 4 people). Guests, living there, will have the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the sanatorium.

Two famous sanatoriums joined AZIMUT Hotels family. They will work under the RZD-Zdorovie brand — Semashko Sanatorium Kislovodsk (153 rooms) and Sanatorium Verner Essentuki (former Sanatorium Ukraine Essentuki, 117 rooms).

A management contract has been signed with AZIMUT Hotel Yoshkar-Ola 4*. This will be the first hotel in the capital of the Republic of Mari El. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2024. The number of rooms will be 47 comfortable rooms.

AZIMUT Hotels is expanding its presence in Siberia. A management contract has been signed with AZIMUT City Hotel Irkutsk Airport. A business hotel with a modern technological design will offer guests of the city more than 100 comfortable rooms.

AZIMUT Hotels is expanding its presence in the Moscow region and has announced the addition of a 75-room hotel in Orekhovo-Zuevo. The future hotel building will be located within the creative cluster "Stachka" (formerly the Morozov Manufactory). The first part of the hotel (40 rooms) is planned to open in 2024.

In 2022 AZIMUT Hotels continued to actively expand its geographical area of presence. Two hotels in Moscow, two hotels in Yekaterinburg, as well as a hotel in Tobolsk, Ulyanovsk and near Tula added to the chain's portfolio.

At the end of the year AZIMUT Park Hotel Tula 4 with 89 rooms was added to the chain's portfolio. The hotel is located 160 km away from the Moscow MKAD Ring Road in the in close proximity of the State Memorial and Natural Reserve "Leo Tolstoy Museum-Estate Yasnaya Polyana" and represents three 3-storey complexes surrounded by picturesque landscape.

In addition, the chain announced the opening of AZIMUT Park Hotel Loo (Sochi) in 2025 in a multifunctional complex LOO RESORT & SPA.

In 2022 a letter of intent was signed to open new hotels in Kursk, Magadan, as well as the Rai-Iz complex in the Polar Urals.

One of the most significant events of the year was a large-scale re-branding of the chain that resulted in four sub-brands headed by the master brand AZIMUT Hotels, as well as a separate brand A-HOTEL.

Moreover, a functional co-working zone for 30 persons was opened in the second half of the year in AZIMUT City Hotel Ufa. A comprehensive modernization of the room stock and public areas to the level of 4* was carried out in two buildings AZIMUT Park Apartments Valset Center and Valset Premium.

Against the backdrop of world events, AZIMUT Hotels pays even more attention to domestic tourism.

AZIMUT Hotel Tula 4 * was opened in May 2021: a modern hotel with original designer interiors and an excellent location in the heart of the historical center of Tula.

During the year, two AZIMUT Hotels in Rosa Khutor (Sochi) were sent for renovation (radical improvement of the interiors and equipment of the rooms).

In April 2021 METROPOL Grand Hotel Gelendzhik - the best five-star hotel on the Black Sea coast of Russia with impeccable service - joined the chain.

In July 2021, a contract was signed to manage the AZIMUT Park Hotel Plus Residence 4* in Sochi. The hotel will offer 383 rooms, 3 swimming pools, a restaurant, bars, a large SPA center, a children's playground, and conference halls for 500 people. The opening of the hotel is planned for the summer of 2026.

A new hotel in Frankfurt and two hotels in Russia - in Kaspiysk and Khabarovsk - were opened in autumn. The hotels are located in the center of the cities and close to the main tourist attractions.
